Cancellation and Refund Policy
All purchased camps/classes are eligible for a Phoenix Sports credit towards any event that Phoenix Sports hosts for your child or towards a sibling.

REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are NOT issued for non-attendance for a scheduled class.
- Refunds are NOT issued for any unscheduled class cancellation by Phoenix Sports.
- Refunds will NOT be issued for any school site or field closure due to inclement weather, natural disaster, government emergency, or health crisis.
- Should a parent (paying customer) find it necessary to withdraw their child from a Phoenix Sports enrollment (registration), a refund will be issued for the remaining unused sessions (with exception of the clauses mentioned above).
- Missed classes due to any circumstance (clauses 1-4 included) will be credited as a roll-over and can be applied to future purchases or made up at any future class with Phoenix Sports.
Just not the right fit?
In the unlikely occasion that you or your child may not enjoy the class you have purchased or you believe that your child may not be ready for Phoenix Sports. Phoenix Sports will process a prorated refund for the remaining unused classes.

Roll-Over Credits
Any and all Phoenix Sports camps which you (paying customer) have registered for and paid for are eligible for a roll-over credit should you (paying customer/child) not attend for any reason.
This means that (above refund policy included) should the weather not be favorable and you don’t attend a camp, but Phoenix Sports still hosts the camp, you (paying customer) decide not to attend a paid camp for any reason, Phoenix Sports postpones a camp due to weather, Phoenix Sports is unable to host a camp for any reason, Phoenix Sports delays a camp, for any of the reasons listed or not listed are included in the Roll-Over Credit Policy.
Your purchased camp will NOT BE LOST and you can apply that unused camp credit to any future Phoenix Sports program.
*Phoenix Sports is not responsible for notifying you of your missed days or the amount of missed days credited.
Example 1: You have a 1 missed soccer, basketball, tee-ball, fitness, inclusive class credit and you want to register for all classes in the next upcoming full set. You may register for 7 classes but receive all 8 classes in the set.
Example 2: You have a 1 missed class credit, you may apply that to another sport or Phoenix Sports can subtract the dollar amount of that 1 class from a full/half day camp.

RAIN OUTS
If it is raining up to 30-40 minutes before class is scheduled to begin and it has been deemed unsafe or raining too hard to play. A staff member from Phoenix Sports will call or text the parents registered for that particular class and notify you of a cancellation and will reschedule the missed class.
Example: 8 classes are set for a date range between 3/1 - 4/19, class 6 is canceled due to rain or weather, that missed date will be added to the end of the 8 week set and end on 4/26 instead of 4/19.

POSTPONE CAMP
If the weather is potentially going to cancel/postpone sports camps, Phoenix Sports will not cancel/postpone camps until up to 30 to 40 minutes before your camp is set to begin.
In the event we need to postpone a camp/class due to rain or other acts of life. We will take the missed camp/class and add it to the end of the camp/class set (add a week). If we can’t add a week due to the conflicting start of a new set of camp/classes, then you will have an opportunity to use the missed camp/class credit towards the new set or save it as a credit for future sports, day camps, or events. YOU WILL NEVER LOSE A PURCHASED CAMP
You may apply your credited (X amount of classes) camp within that new set of classes and/or subtract the amount of credited classes from your next purchase.
(Example: 1 credited missed class but you want to register for 8 classes in the next set. You may register for 7 classes but receive all 8 classes in the set.)

Full-Day & Half-Day Camps Refund Tiers & Policy

REFUND POLICY TIERS
7 Day Notice:
A 100% refund will be given if a cancellation notification is received by Phoenix Sports at least 7 days prior to the start of that week's camp.
Example: Purchased summer camp start week 7/1 - 7/5 and canceled on 6/25 or before would result in a 100% refund.
5 Day Notice:
A 85% refund will be given if a cancellation notification is received by Phoenix Sports at least 5 days prior to the start of that week's camp.
Example: Purchased summer camp week 7/1 - 7/5 and canceled on 6/27 or before would result in a 80% refund.
3 Day Notice:
A 75% refund will be given if a cancellation notification is received by Phoenix Sports at least 3 days prior to the start of that week's camp.
Example: Purchased summer camp week 7/1 - 7/5 and canceled on 6/29 or before would result in a 70% refund.
24 Hour Notice:
A 50% refund will be given if a cancellation notification is received by Phoenix Sports at least 24 hours or earlier prior to the start of that week's camp.
Example: Purchased summer camp week 7/1 - 7/5 and canceled on 6/31 or before would result in a 50% refund.
Day Of Notice:
If you cancel your camp (registration) up to 1 hour before or after camp is scheduled to start. You are eligible for a camp CREDIT.
This unused purchase for a full/half day camp can be applied to another full/half day camp week, school holiday break week, or even another sport camp entirely such as soccer, basketball or tee-ball. It may even be applied to different siblings for different camps.
*All purchased camps/classes are eligible for a Phoenix Sports credit towards any event that Phoenix Sports hosts for your child or towards a sibling.
Example: Your camp start date is 7/1 - 7/5 ($394 value) and you cancel 2 hours prior to the start date/time. This camp can be credited to any summer camp, school break camp, or other sports camp that Phoenix Sports offers. Such as, a 8 week soccer session ($200 value) and you will still have $194 to apply somewhere else or use it towards a sibling for another camp.

You Choose to NOT Attend:
If Phoenix Sports has a camp running which you (paying customer) registered for and you (paying customer) have decided to NOT attend for whichever reason, whether it be for the current weather, a vacation day, or any other reason and Phoenix Sports is still hosting a camp on a day that you registered for (paid for).
Phoenix Sports reserves your roster slot at the time of purchase and holds your spot for that day. If you cancel for any reason the day of a registered full/half day camp that Phoenix Sports is hosting. Then you are not entitled to a refund for that day.
You may however receive a credit which can be applied to any future purchased program with Phoenix Sports. You may also use that credit (or single day) at another day and time which Phoenix Sports is hosting a full/half day camp.
Example: Phoenix Sports is STILL running a program on a day which has rain on/off, but you (paying customer) decide that due to the on & off rain, that your child will NOT attend on that day (which you paid/registered for). You will receive a credit for that unused day to be applied to any program that Phoenix Sports is hosting in the future.
