Rotations Description:

In age appropriate groups, campers will rotate through our structured sports, fitness, yoga, martial arts, and art stations (details below). Each station will incorporate beginner to intermediate skills with fun and silly games to help keep it leisurely. Campers will engage and socialize with other campers while following experience coaches instruction in the designated sport, fitness, yoga or art activities.

Station 1: Soccer (everyday)

Station 1 will be an everyday rotation and open for campers ALL day. With Coach Carolina, campers will participate in fundamental soccer activities as well as intermediate activities for the older campers. Campers will develop dribbling, passing, shooting, and positional play with in-camp scrimmages. These skills will be practiced with traditional drills as well as silly and fun games that secretly teach and develop skills.

Station 2: Martial Arts (4 days a week)

Station 2 will be open to campers Mon-Thu from 10:00-11:30 with Coach Mary. Coach Mary will walk campers through various martial arts teachings such as Krav Maga, Shotokan Karate, and Jiu Jitsu. You child will learn a variety of martial arts while honing skills in self discipline, technique, flexibility, mental strength, and overall health and well-being.

Station 5: Creative Art (free choice station)

Station 5 is our creative art station with art projects ranging from simple drawings and free art to more complicated coach led art projects. This station serves as a free and open station where campers that need a shade break or a general break from the other activities can relax at and interact with art coaches and other campers.

Coaches Choice:

Coaches will dive into their extensive bag of games and activities and pick something engaging, interactive, age appropriate, and exciting for the campers to participate in. This can involve any of the sports played that day, silly games that incorporate those sports, or non-sporting activities which will get the campers physically active such as a variety of field games.
